Revised Draft Master Plan Posted For Review

Second Revised Draft Master Plan & Revised Natural Resource Reports

OPRD has released a second revision of the Draft Sitka Sedge State Natural Area Master Plan based on comments received at May public meetings and submitted prior to July 28nd 2016. The revised plan can be viewed here:

As stated before, OPRD decided to extend this comment period and produce a revised Draft Master Plan due to delays in posting natural resource reports and requests for additional time to review materials related to improved fish passage and tidal exchange. This second revision incorporates comments made during both 30-day comment periods.

OPRD has also posted drafts of revised natural resource assessments related to the master plan for review. These natural resource assessments have also been revised based on comments made in both 30-day comment periods. Please find these documents at the link above.
